A mind that has been strectched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions.

PSYCH-K - Psychological Kinesiology

Is Your Life Running on Autopilot?

  • Have you heard that we are using at most 10 - 20% of our brain power?
  • Ever wonder where the other 80 - 90% are?  They’re in there somewhere, right?

Our limitations have everything to do with how and what we experienced  ourselves from being in the womb to about 5 years old and onward.

PSYCH-K essentially rewires our brain for expanded capacity

By learning how to expand on unwanted beliefs and thoughts about ourselves, PSYCH-K Balances easily unfold new internal vistas to let us live our  full potential.

This beautiful technique unfolds us with ease, without additional pain and suffering as it gently and lastingly removes low self esteem, fears of exposure, rejection, pain, grief and sorrow and brings us into balance. From this new vantage point we can reach for what we truly want -  obstacles removed and our path cleared and open.

Psychological Kinesiology, a technique evolved and developed by Rob Williams since 1988, creates a balanced identification with both brain hemispheres. This whole brain state is ideal for updating limiting beliefs about ourselves.  PSYCH-K  is result oriented,  it makes gentle and lasting corrections in how we respond to stress, fears, doubts and blocks in our lives.

Let’s take a look at how we process information:

Our Conscious Mind:

  • Sets goals, judges results, thinks abstractly, has ideas, it is time bound to past and future, processes only 1 – 3 events at a time, and averages 40 bits of information per second.

Our Subconscious Mind:

  • Monitors operations of the body for heart rate, digestion, motor functions, reflexes. It thinks LITERALLY in present time only!  How you experience an event or react to a situation depends on how the subconscious mind responds to it, based on past events and beliefs.
  • Its processing capacity includes long term memory, past events, experiences, beliefs, attitudes, values. It processes thousands of events at a time, and averages 40 million bits of information per second.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • No matter what I do or how hard I try, it’s never good enough
  • The decisions I make usually turn out wrong
  • If people knew the ‘real’ me they wouldn’t like me
  • I can’t get it right with my personal relationships
  • I take what happens around me personally, even if it’s not directed at me
  • My life is dependant on how others see me
  • I blame others for my failures – it’s all their fault
  • I can’t trust others to support me – they usually mess up, anyway
  • If you want something done right, do it yourself.
  • Asking others for help tends to turn out all wrong.

It is disturbing that negative beliefs may be a reflection of reality, but what’s more disturbing is that they actually help to re-create that reality. As we belief so we create – when we focus on what we don’t want we get more of that.

Find out how this technique can work for you to experience greater satisfaction and pleasure in life. It’s time to come out of the closet of what’s still left uncleared so that you can experience yourself fully and take responsibility for what you really want.
